Events


Annual Day, 2008-09:
The biggest event of the year, our Annual Day Program was celebrated on 30th December '08 at Siri Fort Auditorium. Each and every Presidian got an opportunity to enthrall a large audience through mesmerising performances. The theme of the Annual Day was 'Raise the Leaders'. The young and dynamic cricketer, Mr. Virat Kohli was invited as a Chief Guest.
While all the performances were incredibly choreographed; it was the presentation of Presidium Clubs that was a showstopper. The performances proved beyond doubt that all our children are in the true sense leaders in the making.
Annual Day, 2007-08:
The finale of the academic year of 2007-08 was celebrated with aplomb at the Siri Fort auditorium on 17th Feb.,'08. The chief guest of the occasion was the minister of science and technology Mr. Kapil Sibal. Presidians mesmerized the audience with their choreography, acting and oratory skills. The highlight of the event was the extraordinary portrayal of the theme of the event which was 'Transforming signatures to autographs'. The students themselves compeered the show and left the audience of parents in tears with their touching drama on a patriotic number. Mrs. Sudha Gupta gave away the trophies to multi talented whiz kids of the last academic session.
Sports Day:
Titled as 'Chak De Presidium', the Sports day saw the Sachins and Sanias come out on the field in Jan., 2009. Children had fun competing for the medal in enthralling races. Presidians also gave scintillating yoga, aerobics and pyramid performances.
Christmas Carnival:
The lush green grounds of Presidium came alive with the spirit of Christmas as the whole family of Presidium came together on 25th of Dec. Children had a thrilling time meeting the Santa, taking baggi ride, jumping in the bouncy, enjoying on the rides, watching magic show, playing games, getting tattoos made. Presidians and the staff put up a spectacular show on the stage.
Haat Exposition:
The students of Presidium displayed a 'Haat Exposition' on 25th Dec. and the Presidium ground looked like a mini India. Some popular crafts, places to visit, including the culture of some of the states of India were put up on exhibition with little children explaining the details to the core.
